    Lite unlocks: the tutor, Cereby Mini, read-along audio and coins to start.

  2. Day 11

    We email you that the trial is ending, with a link to cancel.

  3. Day 14

    Your plan starts, unless you cancelled. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Questions

Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. On the web you add a card at checkout; in the iPhone and Android apps the trial goes through the App Store or Google Play. Either way you pay nothing for 14 days, and we email you 3 days before the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
On the web, open the Shop and choose View plan. In the iPhone app, cancel in your App Store subscriptions; on Android, in your Google Play subscriptions. Cancel before the trial ends and you aren't charged.
What are coins?
Coins pay for the AI work. Chat is free for your first 5 messages, then about a coin a message; a quiz or a flashcard deck is about 7. New accounts start with 25 coins, and Lite adds 1,000 every month.
Can I take the trial more than once?
No. There is one free trial per Cereby account, and the App Store and Google Play also allow one per Apple ID or Google account.
What about Pro and Premium?
They add more coins each month, more storage and priority processing. You can buy them in the Shop once you have an account. The free trial is for Lite.
